If you’d rather watch the full video version of this training and see the tools in action, head over to empoweredbusinesslab.com you’ll also get all the details on how to join Empowered Business Lab AI and start using the same tools today. All right, let’s dive into the training. Kick it off. I want to welcome everyone to Wait.
Monica Froese [00:01:38]:
AI can do what again? The Hidden Tools Revolutionizing Digital Products for Content Creators and Digital Product Sellers. Today we are diving headfirst into how AI is truly a game changer for content creators. I will be showing you the brand new tools I developed to make creating, selling and scaling your digital products so much easier. My name is Monica Froz, if you don’t know me yet, and I help content creators and online business owners create profitable digital products and grow their digital businesses into digital e commerce shops with, of course, the help of AI. Joining me today is Natalie who will be monitoring the chat for me. If you have any questions for me about the content of the training or the special offer that I’ll be giving you at the end, please try to leave them in the Q and A box that is separate from the chat box. As you can see, the chat can move awfully fast and we have a lot of people on. So in order for Natalie to capture all the questions that you have for me at the end, if it’s specific for me, that you want me to answer.
Monica Froese [00:02:33]:
And yes, I will stay to answer everyone’s questions. Just put it in that Q and A box so she doesn’t miss it. Great. Is there anything I should know before we go live? We all set? Natalie? Everyone good in the chat? Okay. And yep, you can go off video.
Natalie [00:02:47]:
Sounds good.
Monica Froese [00:02:49]:
All right, before we dive in, if you’ve been in my world for a little bit of time, you probably know my story, but I’m going to give it again a little bit because I do feel like it’s important for people to know. Does she actually know what the heck she’s talking about? And I would like to say, yes, I do know what the heck I’m talking about. So my online business started way back in 2013, right after my oldest was born and I had really bad postpartum ptsd. It went undiagnosed and of course I had things to say about it. So naturally, what did I do? I started what they call a blog and Redefining mom was born. And through that blog, I got invited to meet President Obama at the White House in this small six person roundtable to share my experience as a working mom in this country. Needless to say, I had a lot to say and hence why I had a platform about it. And he called me a spitfire and he told me I should do something about it.
Monica Froese [00:03:37]:
So I don’t know, when the President tells you to do something about it, then maybe you should. Although I had no idea what that was going to be. And I went home and I just felt this nagging sense that I had to leave corporate. I was 11 years in corporate. It’s not that I didn’t like my corporate job, but there’s a lot I was in tech and a lot of bro culture, a lot of not friendly practices towards moms. And I don’t think much has changed, unfortunately, at least in tech. But that being said, I thought, I want to take this full time. And I thought I could do it.
Monica Froese [00:04:06]:
So in 2016, I quit my corporate job and I developed my very first digital product called the Family Budget Spreadsheet. And at that time, nobody was talking about digital products. It really wasn’t a buzzword. I didn’t even know I was developing a digital product. I didn’t have the words for it. I basically knew that my audience had a need, had a problem, and that I had a way to solve it. And the reason it was the Family Budget Spreadsheet was because I was very outspoken about my career essentially as a working mom. And Finding a balance between the two.
Monica Froese [00:04:34]:
And people were like, wait a minute, you quit your job now? Like, my whole audience was like, what’s going on? I was like, no, I’m going to start a business. And like, how are you going to do that? I’m like, it starts with the budget. It really did. I was like peeling back the onion of how I could help people. So I took my very own family budget that I use to this day and I repurposed it into a template and I sold it. And it has sold tens of thousands of copies, made multiple six figures over the years with very little advertising. And I went on from there to become the Pinterest ads guru for four years, met the CEO of Pinterest and then decided I wanted to blow all that up because I didn’t want to teach ads anymore and what I really am good at. And this is why you’re here.
Monica Froese [00:05:07]:
I’m really good at people getting people to buy digital products and creating high converting offers. And I’ve taught thousands of people how to do it now since 2020. And so we’ve wrapped up all that knowledge pretty much into two signature programs. The first one is the Empowered Business Lab, which I’m going to be telling you about today. And now in the age of AI, which is why you’re here creating digital products. And so it’s never been easier. But if you’re not on top of AI, you will get outpaced. So that’s what we’re going to talk about.
Monica Froese [00:05:37]:
And hopefully you get a lot of value out of today. And I’m, I am super jazzed about it. So before I kick it off, I would like you to vote in the chat. So drop 1, 2 or 3. How new are you to AI? Say drop 1 if you would say that you’re pretty advanced. Drop 2 if you say think you’re in the middle of the road and would like to uplevel. And three if you’re just brand spanking new. So we have a lot of twos coming in a few ones, very sporadic threes.
Monica Froese [00:06:04]:
So a lot of middle of the roads. Okay. I feel like middle of the road people especially are really gonna resonate with today’s training because you’ll find out, actually, I’ll be very interested at the end for you to tell me for all my twos if this, if this was something that you feel will uplevel you from going from a two to a one. Okay. So I am gonna start with a very basic thing that most people here probably know, but just in case. Cause I’d hate to start talking about this and then someone’s I don’t even know what the heck she’s saying. So let’s just talk about the very basics of what is ChatGPT. And in a very meta fashion, I went to ChatGPT and I said, hey, I’m doing a presentation.
Monica Froese [00:06:43]:
Can you tell me what you are? And this is what ChatGPT defined itself as. ChatGPT calls itself an AI powered assistant that helps you brainstorm, organize, analyze and automate tasks with just a simple conversation. Think of it as a supercharged digital assistant that can help you plan smarter, work faster, and execute with clarity. So let’s talk about why we use ChatGPT for digital product creation. First, it moves you from idea to execution faster than anything else I’ve ever used, and I’m sure anyone who’s created digital products would agree. When you’re stuck thinking, what should I make next? It helps you brainstorm, outline and organize without staring at a blank doc for three days. Has that happened to me before? It sure has. Second, it reduces decision fatigue.
Monica Froese [00:07:29]:
This one is huge. You know that mental burnout from making a million tiny choices about your product, layout, modules, bonuses, et cetera. ChatGPT helps sort your ideas and keep things moving. Third, it’s not about replacing your expertise. It’s about packaging it better and getting it to market faster. When you give ChatGPT the right input, that gives you a solid strategic starting point, which I am going to show you in real time today. You have to remember that you are still the expert. This just gives you a way to build smarter.
Monica Froese [00:08:00]:
Around here, we do not teach you to create products that do not include your unique personal and human touch. AI can get you about 75% of the way there, which is incredible, but amazing products still require you. And when you pair it with real structure, like a framework I teach inside of EBL AI, which we will talk about today, it goes from being a fun tool to a true business asset. So real quick, I just wanted to discuss the differences between the free versus paid version of ChatGPT. The paid version is called ChatGPT Plus. It’s $20 a month. I get often asked if you need that and I’m to the point with creating digital products where I’d say when you’re creating your product, yes, you really should spend the 20 to upgrade to ChatGPT Plus. The model that it works off of is better, faster, smarter.
Monica Froese [00:08:47]:
But even the next level from that which is even more important is that in order to use the custom GPTs that I’m going to be talking about today, you have to have the paid version. Yes. I’ve heard people say after done creating your product, you could always downgrade. Of course you can. You can always go back to the free one. But while you’re creating your product, I really think we’re at a point now with how advanced AI is that. You should consider the $20 month plan. It’s been quite the year.
Monica Froese [00:09:13]:
The pace at which AI has evolved is mind blowing. What felt cutting edge just six months ago is already outdated. And that’s why this training matters more than ever. If you’re still trying to figure out prompts, I’m telling you that we are past that right now. The creators who are winning aren’t the ones writing better prompts, they’re the ones building systems. They’re using AI to create products, write funnels, and analyze what’s working inside their business. Not just that surface level stuff. This training is your opportunity to see what’s next before it becomes the standard and before your competition catches up.
Monica Froese [00:09:46]:
I actually just got off of a mastermind call late yesterday with brilliant ladies in this industry who are very up on all the AI trends. And I felt this before going into the call and I had brought it up, which was AI, like AI was coming for us for two years, three years, and everyone saw the writing on the wall in this industry. But in the last six months, the advancements that that it has made is honestly truly mind blowing. And so I feel like this is a very timely training because I don’t want anyone to fall behind and I don’t want to fall behind either. Okay, so the truth about ChatGPT is that it is powerful. No doubt I use it daily in my business, but the truth is most people are still using it the wrong way. They copy and paste a basic prompt, grab the first response and think they’ve hacked the system. And that’s not a strategy.
Monica Froese [00:10:38]:
And it definitely shows when people do that. You’ve probably seen some of those bro marketers. I’ll call them out there. Promising the 10k months from a copy and paste ebook written by ChatGPT. I see this so much on TikTok that it makes me want to stab. That is just not going to win and it’s not going to help you stand out in this landscape. And it’s not how real digital product businesses are built. AI is only as good as the information that you see it and how you guide it with strategy.
Monica Froese [00:11:04]:
So today we’re moving past the prompting and stepping into the next phase, where AI becomes part of your infrastructure, not just a writing assistant. Because here’s the deal. Prompting alone isn’t going to scale your business anymore. You don’t need to get better at prompting. You need to stop depending on it in the first place. So the real magic happens when AI is part of a repeatable system, when it’s working inside the proven framework that already knows what your customer needs, what your funnel should say, and how your products should be structured. And that’s exactly what we built inside of our program. We didn’t just teach ChatGPT how to answer questions, we trained it how to build with you.
Monica Froese [00:11:41]:
We are going to help you install the right tools so that you can get your real work done faster and smarter. So let’s compare now what most digital product creators are still doing and what’s possible when you bring in the right systems into your business. So the old way was you’re brainstorming from scratch, writing funnels in Google Doc and constantly guessing what’s working. You’re buried in tabs, you’re duct taping tools together and you’re exhausted. And I would know because I created hundreds of digital products from scratch on my own before AI was even a thing. And a good product could take weeks, sometimes months to create. Tell a story about the summer of 2016. So it’s the summer I quit my corporate job.
Monica Froese [00:12:23]:
This is like the first summer that I’m self employed. So now I have to keep myself self motivated too, right? Because no one’s telling me to show up for work in the middle of the summer. And I vividly remember sitting on my patio with my laptop and my little toddler running around trying to close my laptop on me. And I was writing my very first ebook. It took me the entire summer to write. It was good. But the amount of time that it would have taken me to write my story now would have been a fraction of the time. I probably could have gotten the whole thing done inside a week.
Monica Froese [00:12:54]:
Which, as someone who’s been doing this for 12 years, that is incredible. It really is. AI is an incredible tool when used the right way, of course. Okay, so the new way that digital creators are creating products is you’ve got AI guided tools that can map out your product ideas, write your funnel copy in your voice and analyze. This is the most important one, analyze your sales data to tell you what to do next. And that’s again what I’m going to show you in real time with an example of how we can use these tools to accelerate your business. So meet your new digital dream team, the empowered product creator, the empowered Funnel builder and the Empowered Data Analyzer. So the product creator does what it sounds like.
Monica Froese [00:13:38]:
It turns your idea into sellable digital products. Mapped, outlined and structured in minutes. The funnel builder writes your opt ins, your tripwires, your sales pages, your emails, your upsells, your order bumps based on proven funnel frameworks. And that is the real big key that we’re going to talk about when I show you these demonstrations. This would not be as good as it is if it wasn’t based on real tangible evidence of what works that’s been fed to it in the background. And the last one, my personal favorite. If you’ve been in my world for any amount of time, you know how much I love data and I know how much many of you hate data. And one of the absolute biggest conundrums I’ve had in my business is because I love data and most people hate data, they wanted me to always be the one to look at their data and kind of give.
Monica Froese [00:14:23]:
I’ve been calling it the Monica seal of approval. That’s a really hard thing to scale for me as the person who has to provide that knowledge. But over the years, having looked at hundreds if not thousands of funnels and auditing them, I know what converts and what doesn’t. So I built that into the Empowered Data Analyzer. So it’s trained on all of these data points that I’ve had for over the years to tell you what to actually come back. And this is what you need to change in your funnel without me needing to be over your shoulder. It honestly, it’s just so good. I can’t wait to show you.
Monica Froese [00:15:01]:
Okay, so we’re going to take another vote now. Have you used a custom GPT before put in the chat? One, say yes, I love them. Two, yes. And I have created my own. And three, no. But I am fascinated. Okay, so we have a lot of twos. Yes, I love them.
Monica Froese [00:15:18]:
And some threes. Okay, so we’re pretty well even distributed here. Lots of threes and twos. Okay. All right, guess what we’re going to do now. We are going to go behind the scenes of our new dream team and I’m going to show you how this thing works. So I’m going to stop sharing for seconds. I have to share a different browser that has my chatgpt pulled up.
Monica Froese [00:15:40]:
You know what? Cause I’m so excited to show you this. Let’s just do this. Okay, so share where’d you guys go? You should be able to see my chat GPT in I’ve learned when training on chat GPT, I have to blow it up. I’m so glad I remembered this without being prompted because people are like, I can’t see what the heck’s on your screen. Okay, so this is the Empowered product creator. So this is a custom GPT and basically you click a link that I give you and it goes into your ChatGPT account and there’s a button that will say, let’s get started. That’s what I did. I hit the button, I said, let’s get started.
Monica Froese [00:16:20]:
Now this GPT is trained on my entire system of how to create a high converting digital product. And where it kicks off is there’s an exercise that I have you do inside of the Empowered business lab called reverse engineering. If you’ve been in my world for any amount of time, I say that a lot. But I’m obsessed with the reverse engineering. It’s basically when you use search engines like Etsy, Amazon, TikTok, Google, especially Google, YouTube, Pinterest, anything that’s a search engine and you go out to validate your idea. And from there, what we used to have to do back in the old days, now that makes me feel so data in this online world, we would reverse engineer. I’ve been teaching this concept for a decade. And then we would have to, we were off on our own.
Monica Froese [00:17:04]:
We had to figure out, okay, it’s validated now, like, I guess we have to figure out how to build this all on our own. All of that logic from me doing this over the years is now built into this GPT. So there’s a lot of different frameworks and data that I put into the back end of this to get you the best result. So once you reverse engineer, you can come and pull up this GPT and instead of having to input a million different prompts into your chatgpt, you can just use this. So I said, let’s get started. It says, awesome, let’s get started. First up, tell me the product idea that you reverse engineered. Drop your answers to these three prompts.
Monica Froese [00:17:38]:
Who does the product help, what problem does it solve for them, and how do you plan to help? What’s a solution or tool you’re offering? Part of what I have you do with reverse engineering is write out like your story behind why this product. And so that’s what I did. Basically. I was very called after my divorce to want to help women, especially with younger kids, navigate it. I did not have a contentious divorce. I can’t imagine if I did. But needless to say, it’s one of the most emotional things you’re going to go through. And you’re making critical decisions that are not only going to impact your life for decades to come, but your children’s lives.
Monica Froese [00:18:11]:
And there’s so much I wish I had known before I went through the process. So I was called to create a product on it. So I just wrote that out, like what I’m thinking, how I want to help women. And the GPT came back and said, okay, here’s your product idea. Refined it, honestly hit it pretty square on the head. It said, who it helps women navigating divorce, especially moms who feel overwhelmed and emotionally drained and who need support in critical decisions. What problem am I solving? It’s solving decision fatigue and emotional overload during divorce that leads to missed opportunities, poor negotiation outcomes or regrets. And then how you help you provide a guided workbook that includes financial trackers, custody tools, emotional affirmations and thought provoking prompts so women can prepare confidently before mediation or court.
Monica Froese [00:18:51]:
The next thing that it then goes into is it says, great, now we’ll generate a clear Monica style outline for you, a workbook style decision support tool for women preparing for divorce. And I’ll say here, if you don’t like the product idea, you can keep prompting it at that point to work through what you want to build with it. So maybe you didn’t want to do a workbook. They’d be like, ah, that’s a cool idea, but I really want to do a workshop and you just tell it and then we’ll move on to the next phase in the product development. So then we go through the product outline. Anytime you use AI, you always want to. I would say that maybe the proper word is pushback. Don’t always accept the first answer it gives.
Monica Froese [00:19:29]:
For the purpose of this demonstration, I accepted a lot of what it said because I can’t be on this for three hours and I wanted to keep it simple, just to show the sheer power of it. But you should talk to it like it’s a partner of yours building this product. And what it’s working up against is all of my frameworks, all of those years of experience and all the funnels and stuff I’ve seen. And that’s what it’s benchmarking your answers against. So I didn’t push that too hard. I just said, okay, here’s I want to add a section for post divorce healing. I said, great, here’s what we can do for that. And then it did the outline.
Monica Froese [00:20:01]:
I said, let’s also add a section for post divorce financial planning and budgeting. And it came back. So then from there it’s really important that you make these decisions before building the product, both for your chat, to understand who you’re helping, who you’re serving and what you’re trying to accomplish. And basically through this, it’s going to make sure that chat has the right information to come out with a much better product and funnel in the long run. So it’s got to walk through things like it’s going to what’s the next thing we do. It says if you love this vision, we’ll continue with mapping the user journey. And I push back. I said, are you envisioning this be a fillable or printable PDF with supporting spreadsheets? And it gives me an explanation of yes, I think that’s what it should be.
Monica Froese [00:20:42]:
And here are the Google sheets that you can create to supplement all the stuff that’s inside of it. It also gave me order bump ideas and I said, cool, now let’s map out the customer journey. So this is going to come on for a while and I want to show you all three GPTs. So I’m not going to go through like as you can see, I’m not even like halfway through and I didn’t even finish the product in this prompt. It’s going to go through the customer journey, then it’s going to ask me. It’s going to go through roadblocks. This is important because you’re not putting roadblocks into your product, but it’s important to understand the roadblocks that your product is helping your ideal customer overcome. So if it was coming back with roadblocks, I was like, oh, that doesn’t make sense for my avatar.
Monica Froese [00:21:19]:
I would push back and I would say that. But it actually did a really good job, I have to say. And then it’s going to go through a troubleshooting and FAQ section that sounds like it’s for your funnel pages later on. But again, it’s actually really helpful to understand the types of questions that are going to come up for your ideal audience that will want your product before you even create the product. It will help make sure you’re overcoming those objections while you’re creating the product. People don’t teach digital products this way the way I do. I literally reverse engineer the entire thing. So I am talking about stuff that’s going to go on your sales page before we Even create the product.
Monica Froese [00:21:52]:
And a lot of people don’t teach it that way, but it’s in my experience the best way to do it. And I feel like I have enough evidence to back myself up. Okay, but then we move into this is the end of phase one. So there’s two phases that this GPT is going to walk you through, which is basically we’re going to come up with all the information, all the reasons why behind the product, who we’re helping, and the very last thing we do is it comes up with a product asset checklist. You’re not asking it for this, it knows to ask you for this stuff. That’s the genius of the GPT. You don’t have to be like, I have to ask it for a customer journey. You know, it knows to ask you these things.
Monica Froese [00:22:27]:
So then it came back with everything that’s going to be inside this product. And of course if I don’t agree with something as a product creator, I’m going to push back and say, you missed this, you missed that. I would like to add this. I don’t like that. So then once you lock it in, you start creating the product. That’s phase two. So now the way the reason we do an asset checklist. So if you, let’s say that you decided you were doing a workshop, you, yours would be broken down into like workshop sections and that helps what that helps the chat to do is to not get overwhelmed.
Monica Froese [00:22:56]:
And you create one section of the product at a time and you just keep going through this until you have a finished product. And this is a lesson inside of ebl. AI where we talk about this is not just accepting what they say back to you, it is knowing that they’re trained, that this GPT is trained on best practices and it knows a whole lot of high converting tactics. But you’re still the expert in your topic, so you have to make sure you’re course correcting it and as the expert adding things in that it might be missing. I feel like creating products with AI for me has been this amazing two way street because it’s helped me speed up, it’s helped me structure things so much better and so much quicker. But I fight with it. There are times it comes back and I’m like, you’re nonsensical, like you’re not even making sense. So it’s so important because the two way street for me is one, I know my topic, AI is helping me get the topic out there faster and more streamlined.
Monica Froese [00:23:50]:
But sometimes it comes up with things I hadn’t thought about. So it’s like this kind of like wonderful marriage going on where it’s like, it’s helping me come up with things I may not have thought of myself. And it’s also helped me getting things done faster while I’m still making sure that it’s on point because I’m the expert in what I’m putting out there. Hopefully, hopefully that makes sense. Before I get too carried away, I’m going to move on to the next one, the next GPT. Okay, so the second one is the Empowered Funnel Builder. So now you have your product, you’ve decided on your opt in, all of that and what we call digital products at scale. It’s the first pillar of EBL AI.
Monica Froese [00:24:24]:
And in funnels at scale, I teach three core funnels, the double dip funnel, the triple dip funnel, and the Ketchum funnel. And this GPT is going to help you design or come up with the copy for all the assets you need to create your opt in page, your tripwire page, your sales page, your thank you page, your checkout, your order bump, your upsell, and all the emails that have to go in the post opt in and post purchase sequences. So it’s a lot of copy. And again, this is fed with years and years of actual data of what converts and what doesn’t. Years and years of experiences and on the back end for these prompts. Okay, so I said we’re going to build a double dip funnel. I also have it built in. So it reiterates what each funnel is.
Monica Froese [00:25:07]:
So you know what you’re asking it. So a double dip funnel is an opt in to tripwire funnel. That’s what we’re doing. And then it will ask. It’s going to ask us to do a couple things. Confirm your product and freebie. So I told the name of my paid product as the Empowered Divorce Planner. My opt in freebie was the divorce prep checklist.
Monica Froese [00:25:23]:
10 things to do Before Filing says Perfect. Thank you. Before we continue, please upload the following if you haven’t already. There’s two different workbooks. And so I’m gonna explain this in a second. But basically these are the assets you can upload, the workbooks that you actually work through in the program, Google Docs or chat transcripts. So basically I teach you how to take your stuff out of chat and structure it in a Google Doc before moving on to the design process or just the final product itself. You can upload the final product.
Monica Froese [00:25:56]:
Final opt in upload. If it’s uploadable if not, then then upload your chat transcripts. Not everyone will use the workbooks. The workbooks are prompt based. I think some people are going to find it for the first go through. It might be easier to work through prompts on a one like one prompt at a time than a GPT. And if you do, that’s really valuable information to upload into this to the GPT. But it’s all you upload is your finished product and any chat transcripts you had to get to the final product that will work as well.
Monica Froese [00:26:29]:
Okay, so it says, thanks, I see that you’ve uploaded your two workbooks and I also uploaded the product and the checklist. So now it asks you to lock in your brand voice and tone. This is going to be very important. I describe the Reda Potty mom brand voice to be empathetic, yet strong and to the point. By the way, if you don’t know how to define your voice and you’ve been using chat for a while, you can open another chat window and say, hey, you can actually take copy and paste these questions into our chat window and work with chat to come up with what you want to say. So I would describe the redefining mom brand voice to be empathetic, yet strong and to the point is direct but with kindness and understanding. We are a group of strong women who are empowered to make the best choices for our families. Phrases include I am empowered and I don’t do failure.
Monica Froese [00:27:16]:
It says, beautifully said, thank you. It locked in my brand tone and voice. And next up, I’m going to show you a really interesting example of what this did to me. Inside of the Empowered business lab, I give you these documents that are called like anatomy of One of them is anatomy of an opt in page and it leads you through a visual representation of what your opt in page should be and all the different things that go into those pages. So all of that information has been fed to this GPT so it knows exactly what kind of copy blocks it needs to come back with, interestingly enough. So it tells me, okay, we’re going to work on all of this. And then it asks me to do the work. And I said, can’t you pull this from the uploaded documents? It said, absolutely, I can do that.
Monica Froese [00:27:55]:
That’s the whole point. Sometimes it’s going to run into some roadblocks there and you just have to be like, I already gave you that information and so yes, you did. That’s just how AI is. Sometimes it, I think it gets drunk sometimes. Okay, so I Think at this point through this GPT or getting the gist of what it’s going to do for you, it’s going to come back with. It came back with three different options. For my headline, I went with option one. Of course, if I didn’t like any options, I would push back and say you.
Monica Froese [00:28:22]:
When I push back, I usually say something like, I like option one, but it’s lacking this. Or I want to change the tone for this and keep going until you get to the answer you want to. And then it’s going to go through your headline quick win results. And I did not push back on it for demonstration purposes. I just wanted to push it through so you could see the things it comes back with. We have emotional benefit bullets. What’s included in the product or in the opt in. It goes as deep as to even the call to action button.
Monica Froese [00:28:48]:
Copy that you should put on it. And it’s going to do this for every page inside the funnel. It then works on two different sequences that you have to create the opt in sequence and the post purchase sequence. Okay, now we’re going to move over to the empowered data analyzer because this one is a gem and it is my favorite and it’s like my brain in a robot. It really is. Okay, so let’s get started. So this one’s going to analyze our funnel performance. I can get people through the creation first process.
Monica Froese [00:29:25]:
I can get them through putting their funnel out there. And then they come to me and say things like, nobody wants to buy it from me. And I ask them things like, okay, show me your data. And they’re like, show me what? You know that funnel tracking spreadsheet that I gave you? That’s really awesome. There’s this great video inside of there that goes step by step and how to pull your data. And people just go. Because it’s overwhelming. Especially when you’re looking at numbers that maybe you’re not familiar with or you’re like, okay, I see these numbers, but what does it mean? What should I make changes to? And that has been the single biggest thing for me to solve for people.
Monica Froese [00:29:57]:
Because they want me to come in and tell them exactly based on your data. This is what I think you should do. And that is what this GPT solves for. And that is why I’m super excited. So it starts with saying, hey, first tell me what funnel I’m analyzing, the double dip or the triple dip. I said, you’re analyzing my double dip. And it said, awesome. Upload your funnel.
Monica Froese [00:30:17]:
Checking spreadsheet. Or raw numbers, honestly, page views, number of opt ins. But you’re gonna my funnel tracking spreadsheet, it’s really, it does all the calculations for you. So you’re just gonna follow the video put plug in your numbers. I even tell you where to go get the numbers from. I make it as easy as possible. I say the funnels that scale workbook data tabs optional. Not everyone has those are prompt based.
Monica Froese [00:30:38]:
If you do prompts first, whatever data you get out of there, you might as well upload. But not you don’t have to. Then you’re gonna give it your opt in page copy and your tripwire copy, which guess what you already just worked on with the last GPT. It will skip the. There’s an analysis it brings back at the end. If you don’t upload this, it will just skip that part of the analysis. It’s your hotjar scroll click images and spreadsheets. So hotjar is a behavioral analytic software.
Monica Froese [00:31:02]:
It’s amazing. I’ve used it for years and years. You can see it’s basically heat maps. So what heat maps do is it shows you where people are dropping off your page, where people are clicking on your page. You can also watch videos of people actually navigating through your funnels. And I’ve at this point, I’ve probably watched tens of thousands of videos of people navigating through funnels. Okay, So I uploaded my images from the heat map, my heat map data, my funnel tracking spreadsheet and my workbook. I gave it my opt in copy and my tripwire copy and it said logic check passed.
Monica Froese [00:31:42]:
Your funnel has 2050 total visitors, which exceeds the 500 minimum required for double dip analysis. We’re good to go. Here’s your breakdown. So now it’s going to give me my performance analysis. It’s going to take the numbers from the spreadsheet, shoot it back to me and tell me where it stands in terms of performance. So this one’s converting at 65.22% for the opt in and says that’s above benchmark. I give it the benchmark so it knows where it’s supposed to be benchmarking you. And it just gives me a little bit of information like strong lead magnet, blah blah blah, tripwire performance, same thing.
Monica Froese [00:32:12]:
And it told me this is below my 15% goal benchmark, signaling a disconnect between your freebie and your paid offer. Then it’s going to move into user behavior insights. This is the hotjar section that it will skip if you don’t give it this data hello. Before I had to manually read and figure it all out myself. Instead it’s doing it for me and it’s just so amazing. So it summarizes my scroll behavior. So on the opt in page it says 96.7% of users only reach the first call to action. So I’m actually going to show you the opt in page.
Monica Froese [00:32:42]:
This is a real funnel of mine by the way. Just so you know. Basically people did never got this far like only 4% of people. And it’s going to go through this with the tripware page. So the tripwire page. Unfortunately I already updated the tripwire page so I don’t have the old exact. The screenshots I uploaded from Hotjar are the old page but they’re like really long and it’d be really hard to see if I shared it. But I will share the new tripwire page that’s converting much better because of this analysis.
Monica Froese [00:33:11]:
So it’s telling me that scroll behavior top of page gets strong attention. Drop offs occur just before the workshop breakdown details. So basically before people were dropping off, before they even got to the point. Of the four workshops that are included, it’s a bundle of four workshops and this was further down the page and it was much longer. Like we were much more detailed in what was inside of each workshop and we were losing people. And so it’s like, okay, they’re clicking off the page before they even know it’s included. That’s a problem and that’s what this is telling me. Hence why we put it way higher up on the page.
Monica Froese [00:33:49]:
Very few people see the testimonials founder story or the second call to action. Now we’re getting into strategic insights. It’s going to walk me through on both pages what’s working opportunities to test and what’s blocking conversions. This my friends, is gold. So I’m actually going to skip down to the tripwire insights because that was the problem with this funnel. So it says strong hero offer $100 to 25 and visual urgency. This is what is working. The top call to action sees most clicks.
Monica Froese [00:34:18]:
This section is doing the heavy lifting. Clear beginner friendly language around AI. So good. You’re above the fold good everything else. Basically it told me it sucks. So opportunities to test, add visual proof, screenshots, mockups of AI tools and action breakup copy. Current layout feels long without visual anchors. And again, this was the old page highlights what’s immediate access first coming soon because two of the workshops weren’t done at that time.
Monica Froese [00:34:42]:
But now they are. So that’s updated. And then what’s blocking my conversions offer promise AI help for moms doesn’t tie clearly to the freebie. I can see that delay and workshop access could be deterring. We fixed that. They’re launched now. Drop off before testimonials and objection. Handling equals mistrust elements.
Monica Froese [00:35:00]:
And we already know people aren’t even seeing what the workshops were about. So then it says, here’s your summary. I said, yes, let’s redo the page. Even though I already have redone the page. And I’ll show you the redone page in a second here, which is converting much better, by the way. All because of this. One of the things that I really liked. I kind of remember when it tells me to do this.
Monica Froese [00:35:19]:
So it comes back and says, the goal is to rework this page, tighten the connection between freebie and offer visuals, improve increase clarity on what they get now versus later, and create stronger urgency with the call to action and layout. So it rewrote the page and when I got to the bottom, it said, I think it says strategic notes. And I’m going to do one of the things they actually said on a lot of my pages, which is keep the call to action button sticky on mobile as they scroll. So in other words, you know what that means. As you scroll, the buy button still remains there. That’s what happens on my shop when you scroll down the product listing. The add to cart button is still there. But I haven’t done it on my Tripwire pages or my sales page, my big sales pages, but not on my Tripwire pages probably in like years.
Monica Froese [00:36:00]:
So I was like, oh, that’s such a good answer or such a good idea. Especially if I didn’t have enough call to action buttons. So anyways, I’m going to implement that. I’m going to move over and show you what the new tripwire looks like. Now that’s converting better. I can already tell you what I would work on. I think the hook still needs to be a little bit better. Turn your binder into a system that runs itself instead of running you.
Monica Froese [00:36:20]:
I don’t mind this, but I actually want to maybe split test this. I think it could be a little bit better. This is the button language that it gave me when I ran the analysis the last time. So I’m in. Show me how to simplify with AI. And then we moved right into the four workshops and we kept it simple and scannable because that was one of the things that it came back with feedback. We even Kept what you’re going to get. Super simple.
Monica Froese [00:36:41]:
We didn’t go into these long, like, overextended details about it. One of the things that had prompted me to do was I had, like, my professional picture up is, no, show yourself in the real world. This is the real world with my babes. And then we move into the buy section. So we cut the I. We even cut out faq, which I guess we could do that because the workshops now are live. This is a very basic page, and anyone who’s been doing. Who has done tripwires or sales pages before knows how basic this page is, and it’s converting better.
Monica Froese [00:37:13]:
And that’s what the data told me. That’s what we went with. And our conversions doubled. So more money, simple. And AI is the one that told me this. Okay. Christina said we’ve finished by then. Yes.
Monica Froese [00:37:26]:
Because I’m going to be moving into telling you about the offer, like, in the next, like, I’m going to the slides. Okay, now it’s time to meet me in AI form. Tell me this is not the coolest thing ever. This is my office. Hailey did this in ChatGPT. So we’re calling this Monica Bot. And it’s so funny. The first iteration she came back with had all my pictures here, but there were, like, random men in it.
Monica Froese [00:37:52]:
And I’m like, why are all these random men in the pictures in my office? And so, welcome to Monica Bot. Because I’m clothing myself now. Monica Bot is a custom AI assistant trained on over 10 years of my content frameworks, templates, podcast, recordings, Q and A chats, you name it, everything. It’s built to give you strategic support in my voice whenever you need it. So whether you’re stuck on a funnel headline, not sure which product to build, or want help mapping your next Flash sale, monicabot is there to help walk you through it. No waiting for me or digging through course videos or even for the next zoom call that’s going to come up. But here’s the deal. This is the last time I’m going to include Monica Bot in EBL at no extra cost.
Monica Froese [00:38:33]:
After this, it becomes a paid upgrade. So if you want 24. 7 access to my brain, you can. This is your chance to get Monica Bot. It is not finished yet. Monica Bot is not the same as those GPTs I showed you. Those GPTs are very specific to topics. They’re topical GPTs.
Monica Froese [00:38:46]:
This is a Monica Coach Bot, essentially. Maybe I’ll even call it that. To clarify, it is years and years and years of my brain in a chatbot. So it extends outside of even. It can help you with strategy questions, things like that. It’s not launched yet. We are battle testing it because there’s. It’s a.
Monica Froese [00:39:03]:
And we’re talking. I can’t even tell you how many files. A lot of files. I have been on a lot of calls, I’ve created a lot of products, a lot of workshops. It’s getting it all. So we’re going to launch it this fall, but I’m including it for anyone who buys today. It will not be included in ebl. Moving forward, it will be a paid upgrade.
Monica Froese [00:39:21]:
So that’s just something to keep in mind. Okay, so remember this, your ideas are powerful, but structure and execution turn them into income. You don’t need more ideas, you need a system that helps you act on them. And that is what this is all about. That’s exactly what AI can do. Now you’ve seen how the GPTs plus the Monica bot make building, launching and optimizing your digital products faster, easier and more strategic. But don’t just take my word for it. I have a few students who I’m just going to highlight real quick and then I will tell you all about EBL AI.
Monica Froese [00:39:49]:
My first one is Annemarie. She is one of my OG funnel building students. When she came to me, she didn’t even know what a funnel was. No idea, never heard the term before. She was a literacy teacher and during COVID she could no longer go into schools and teach teachers how to teach literacy better. And so she was trying to take all of her years of knowledge and share it. And she started with a blog and she was like, wow, this is a whole lot of work and giving away a lot of free information for not a lot of payoff. And then she found me, I think on a Facebook ad and came to one of my first EBL trainings.
Monica Froese [00:40:23]:
And she ended up in the first four months, which blew my mind. She came up with four different product funnels and made $25,000 that summer without any advertising. It was all organic that she used. She’s great. She’s gone on to build a digital empire that and she’s just a fabulous person all around. So Pat was in the initial round, the new round of the Empowered Business Lab AI and she wrote in and told us that for joining EBL AI, her biggest pain point was was trying to find time to brainstorm, create a product and write copy for launches. Since joining, she’s published two books on Amazon, developed four episodes for her podcast, which is I believe women. Did she put it in here? It’s a podcast for women in retirement.
Monica Froese [00:41:06]:
It’s actually really good. I suggest checking it out and she says it’s saving her weeks of work and she’s incredible too. Next, I want to personally invite you to your next step in creating profitable digital products called the Empowered Business Lab AI. With the Empowered Business Lab AI, you’ll create a digital product and sales funnel that stands out from this noisy online landscape. This system has been trusted by thousands of our students and has a proven track record of success with five plus years. And it’s now getting a facelift thanks to AI. The Empowered Business Lab AI is made up of three unique pillars. And each pillar is like a course on its own.
Monica Froese [00:41:44]:
The first is Foundations at Scale. This is the planning phase of your digital product where you’ll learn your framework and set your goals. Digital Products at Scale is the second layer. That’s where you learn the foundations of validating and creating your product that your audience actually wants to buy, including very detailed lessons on how to use the necessary software to create your digital products like Canva, Google Sheets Loom for Video Recording, and lots more. And then Funnels at Scale is like my brainchild. That’s where you’re going to learn my sales funnel strategies to grow your email list and make money. I’ll teach you how to sell in a way that comes naturally, doesn’t feel pushy. And it includes three of our top sales funnel strategies.
Monica Froese [00:42:21]:
And of course, all the AI tools come along with all of this. So a little bit of a breakdown on what’s in each step in Foundations at Scale. That’s where you define your goals. You set dates for your milestones to keep you motivated. And there’s a little bit of mindset work we do just because people like to get in their own way. And I’ve been doing this for a long time. I’ve learned a few things over the years and how to help people get over the mindset blocks of things. We do a little bit of mindset work if you struggle with that.
Monica Froese [00:42:45]:
And then I also set the framework up for the entire program. So the overlying framework, which all the GPTs are trained on, is something I developed based on the hike design. The hike design is the overarching framework of everything that you do in the program. In Digital Products at Scale, this is where we’re going to pair AI with reverse engineering, where we come up with all of our great ideas and then AI plus Product outlines, AI plus Product Creation, pricing and packaging. The GPT really fits in here. The product GPT is really that AI plus product outline and coming up with all the content that goes in the product. Then you move on to actually the designing and getting the product in the format that you need it to be packaged, which teach you how to price and package it as well. And then the last module is AI plus Content repurposing.
Monica Froese [00:43:32]:
Content repurposing has always been something I talked about and I didn’t start training on it until years after I did the first iteration of ebl. Now, with AI content, taking what we’ve already done and turning it into multiple modes of different types of digital products is really cool. So I have some cool ways that works. And so we included that in digital products at scale, in funnels at scale. That’s where we go over my three funnels. And this is where AI comes in and really helps us with pretty much everything. This is where the other two GPTs fit in. So the funnel builder is going to help you with your sales pages and your email copy, which we went over.
Monica Froese [00:44:07]:
And then of course the funnel optimization. I walk you through the sales funnel, tracking spreadsheet, how to pull your data so you have all the right stuff to then go to the GPT. And of course I also give my logic inside the course too. So you can, whatever you get back from the GPT, you can always go back and reference what I actually said and just make sure that you got back good information. Then of course you’re going to get all three custom GPTs. These are believe Healy has them locked and loaded. You’re going to get immediate access to them. They’re going to be in their own standalone course.
Monica Froese [00:44:36]:
When you get enrolled into the program, if you’re already in the program, if you are in not 1.0, not the non AI version, if you are in the empowered business lab AI, you’re going to get access in the next day or two, just depending on my bandwidth, to the three custom GPT. So if you’re already in EBL AI, don’t worry, you’re going to get access to these two. MonicaBot, if you’re in ABL AI already, you also will get access to this all new people. Monica Bot will only be available in this for people who buy this program through this open cart window which ends next Wednesday. So Monica Bot, that’s your on demand chatbot, built to think and sound like me. It’s trained on 12 years of my online experience. You can get instant answers. It helps you apply what you’re learning we can see on the back end the chats that happen for quality checks and it will help you keep moving fast and focused and it’s a really a cool solution for blending self paced with real support.
Monica Froese [00:45:38]:
Okay. We are offering EPL honestly with the GPTs added in for a ridiculous price. This program is so good and I don’t do that just because I created it. But like also I’ve worked on it for five years. We are offering today for 497 which is 1500 off a list price. We are going to start selling it eventually for 1997 and we also have a three payment plan that you can use three payments of 1 79. And there are some incentives for you if you buy while we’re still live, which I’m going to tell you in just a second. This open cart at this special pricing is going to stay open through next Wednesday which is July 16th at 3pm East coast time.
Monica Froese [00:46:12]:
Okay. Natalie’s going to drop in the chat the link to enroll if you’d like to. While we’re still live. Let me walk through the bonuses now. This is not a live training bonus. This is a bonus that anyone will get if they buy between now and Wednesday. This is organic traffic 101. So this is basically all the strategies that you can use to get your digital product off the ground.
Monica Froese [00:46:35]:
Especially if you’re brand new to this and you don’t have an existing audience. One of my favorite ways to sell digital products is through Flash sales. We have a whole workshop dedicated just to that. So we’re including that as well. They’re going to get the entire empowered business lab AI system. You’re going to get the complete GPT pack, all those three GPTs I showed you. Monica Bot. Once we release it in the fall you get tons of templates, but there are a ton of templates in there.
Monica Froese [00:47:00]:
Everything from planners, ebooks, all the graphics you need. There’s a lot of graphics you need for digital products. The mockups, the testimonial graphics, price graphics, promotional graphics. We give you templates for, for all of that you’ll get the workbooks for all the prompts that you can use. Funnel page templates. So we give you lead page templates for opt in pages, sales pages and tripwire. If you don’t use leadpages, we give you preview links so you can build them in your own landing page builder, my funnel tracking spreadsheet, which is pretty nice if I do say so myself. And then bonus wise you’ll Get Organic Traffic 101 and the Quick Win workshop on Flash sales.
Monica Froese [00:47:37]:
If you enroll today, you get our training special which is for 4, 97 painful or 3 payments times 179. So 3 payments of 179. I do want to show you real quick there are a few different options when you go to enroll. When you have the pay in full option selected if you’d like to pay in full, there are other payment plan options that are offered. You have to credit card select it after paying. Klarna are other financing options that you can choose if you want. If you pay like that, we treat it as a paying full sale so so it will still process your painless pre selling. If you want direct support from me, you can get that inside of the Empowered Business Society.
Monica Froese [00:48:16]:
If you’re like, okay, I’m going to be building my funnel and my product over the next month and the bot’s great, but what if I really want to talk to you? You can do that in the Empowered Business Society. This is where we have live Q&As monthly. There’s a Facebook group. That’s basically where I show up. So if you want me, we make it really easy. You can cancel anytime. So you could choose to come in. When you’re like, okay, I’m building this month, I want to be in this month.
Monica Froese [00:48:38]:
You can choose to leave. I don’t make it hard, I don’t make it difficult. It’s 39amonth or it’s 99 a quarter. You’ll get presented with the option to add this on after you check out again. It’s open all the time though. So if you’re like, I’m not ready for support right now, Hit me up in a month and it will still be there. Okay, FAQs real quick, there’s only two or three and then I’m going to open it up for a real faq. Cause I’m real close to being on Tiny, inevitably.
Monica Froese [00:49:01]:
And I think I already saw someone ask this in the chat, do I need an existing audience to be successful in the lab? Listen, here’s the answer to that. Of course, if you have an existing audience, you’re going to be able to get your product off the ground faster. That’s a logical answer, but no, you don’t need an existing audience to do this. Everyone started somewhere, right? Everyone didn’t have one once the time. I didn’t have an audience either. So that is why we include Organic Traffic 101. It’s a great place to get started to get that initial burst of people in the door. What software is required? Okay, this is all built around AI, so we’re gonna need ChatGPT, other things that are required to build a digital product.
Monica Froese [00:49:39]:
This is a software agnostic program. I made it that way because I used to teach software specific programs and I don’t recommend it as a course creator because it’s just a nightmare. I teach from a very strategic and tactical standpoint. I don’t care what software you use, just make sure you know how to use your software. All of these software providers, whether you use the one I use that you’ll see us using examples or not have great tech training. You don’t need me to train you on their tech. Anyways, these are the things you’re going to need. You obviously need a page builder because you need somewhere to build your opt in and sales pages.
Monica Froese [00:50:12]:
You need a way for people to pay you money so you need a sales cart. Our example, that’s ThriveCart Sendowl. You need a way for people to pay you money. Design software. Most of what we show you is going to be in Canva. You can use the free plan. I don’t remember how much the pro plan is. I’m on some sort of legacy awesome thing where I’m grandfathered in and I don’t pay for it, knock on wood.
Monica Froese [00:50:32]:
But I would recommend upgrading. But you can get away with not out the gate. You need an email service provider. The whole crux of an online business is to be able to email your list. You’re not building a business to not be able to communicate with your customers. So you need an email service provider. And then last but not least, if you’re going to be following along and building your digital product along with AI, you need ChatGPT. Okay, we’re about to open up.
Monica Froese [00:50:57]:
Q and A is going to transform your digital product business and I hope you’re ready to join me inside of the empowered business lab. AI as a reminder, you can save $1500 if you enroll by next Wednesday, July 16th at 3pm okay, so let’s.
Natalie [00:51:13]:
Go through the number one category I had here was all the beginner folks were asking about is this going to work? If I don’t have an audience, I.
Monica Froese [00:51:21]:
Don’T have traffic in the online business world. I grew up in the blogger world where what blogging was completely backwards. It was a bunch of people going out there and putting out free blog posts, getting people to them and not having any way to monetize. So I’m spending all this time getting thousands of people to land on my blog. And then I might make 2 or 3 cents off of display ads. And I always thought that was goofy as heck. And that. Cause really, that’s called content marketing.
Monica Froese [00:51:47]:
You know what content marketing is? It’s. It’s a piece of thing, a piece of content you put out meant to get a sale. So when you’re engineering a business, you have to engineer it with knowing what you’re selling. You have to have the thing to sell before you attract the people to you. And so this is exactly where you should be. Because why are you going to go out and attract people to you if you have nothing to sell? It’s so backwards. Like why? And my mom actually said if I did not have the end in mind, which is I had to graduate with a degree, I would have ditched those gen eds. I didn’t need them, but I did to get the degree and I knew what the end was in sight.
Monica Froese [00:52:23]:
So that’s my spiel. You need the thing to sell before you can attract the audience. Anyways. Yeah, perfect. Okay.
Natalie [00:52:31]:
The other questions I’m gonna go to, they’re like a general category. So one person asked, if you were starting today on a tight budget, where would you sell your digital products and build your funnels?
Monica Froese [00:52:40]:
I would get drive car. It’s a lifetime license and I would use it as the sales page builder. You still, if you’re going to go the opt in is the challenge. But there are ways around that. If I was starting over and I was on a bootstrap budget, I would go with ThriveCart because it’s a lifetime license. And I’m going to tell you, as someone who has thousands of dollars of ongoing software costs in my business every year, lifetime licenses are contents and it’s also a course platform. I don’t use it for that. Cause I was.
Monica Froese [00:53:16]:
I’ve been on Thinkific since 2016 and there’s no way I’m moving hundreds and hundreds of courses and workshops. But in terms of get started, like it’s a pretty solid software to get started with. If I was starting over, is that basically what they’re asking, like what I’d start with software wise or.
Natalie [00:53:31]:
Yes, I think so, yes. Another question is addressing the whole use of ChatGPT as your AI platform. Somebody’s. Is that the best one? There are so many.
Monica Froese [00:53:44]:
Yeah. That’s the thing about AI though. There are so many. And if you go out there and stretch yourself thin, then you won’t ever get the magic of what AI is supposed to be I kind of subscribe to this logic when it comes to AI in terms of, I believe of having so. Okay, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, those are like all on pretty much the same level basis. Like they do the same kind of functionality. Choose one. The reason I’m telling you to choose Chat GPT is because I built your custom GPTs to go there.
Monica Froese [00:54:15]:
And right now if you’re going to invest in other people’s programs, a lot of people are building their custom things. They’re not building it on the other platforms, they’re building the GPTs. So it’s more industry standard, I would say. That being said, I don’t care if you use Gemini, you just can’t use my GPT for it. Although I think they call them gems. That’s on my roadmap. I would like to build it out for Claude and Gemini. It should.
Monica Froese [00:54:35]:
It’s not. I don’t think it would be hard for me to do. I feel like if you’re getting started with AI, educating one bot is your best bet. It gets to know you, gets to know your voice and if you’re like I’m over here sometimes and over there, then one of those chats don’t get to know you. And then from there after one bot knows you really well. That’s when I started branching out to other cool tools. Like now I’m doing micro tools. There are no code and stuff like that.
Monica Froese [00:54:58]:
But that’s why I chose ChatGPT. It’s just industry standard at this point.
Natalie [00:55:03]:
Somebody wants to know they already have digital products. Will these GPTs help them with their existing products? Like selling.
Monica Froese [00:55:13]:
They’re helping me. I have hundreds of them.
Natalie [00:55:17]:
Exactly. This person asks, she’s doing digital cut files and will this help her?
Monica Froese [00:55:23]:
Yep.
Natalie [00:55:25]:
Okay. And then another person gave an example, her focus or this person’s focus is designing websites. I have some ideas for digital products freebies for my clients. I’m still pre launch but is your program ebla more for people focusing on selling digital products or would it be good for me too?
Monica Froese [00:55:43]:
But she wants to sell digital products.
Natalie [00:55:46]:
She has some ideas for that.
Monica Froese [00:55:48]:
And so I picked up because I was so excited to show you the GPTs I picked up like in the product development process. But foundations at scale is all of the like we actually go all the way back. I don’t talk about it as much but for all the newbies here we go all the way back to defining what you’re even your niche is. But all of that is in the program. So it like Covers the gamut straight from I don’t even have a niche straight down to I’m off to the races and I’m making a lot of money. Hopefully that’s what we want for everyone.
Natalie [00:56:20]:
Okay, and then this other example is somebody who’s building a meditation app on movement for parents with kids with special needs. And was I’m using this as a specific example, but it could have a general, more general application building it for parents with kids with special needs. And was going to point to that versus develop my own website. I’d also like to add digital products which I can do. Would your services are with this program help with that?
Monica Froese [00:56:46]:
It absolutely would. This program’s not going to teach you how to do the app building. App building is not included in here, but it’ll help with your other digital products. It will help you sell the app with the funnels that scale methodologies and reading your data and all that. It will help you take your app idea and use AI to help you come up with enhancement products that you can create to sell into the app to sell along with the app. Things like that.
Natalie [00:57:13]:
Okay, perfect. And then there’s some program specific questions they’re wanting to know about. Access lifetime yearly. Can you speak to that?
Monica Froese [00:57:21]:
I sure can. Okay, so the term lifetime access is the worst term that this industry has ever come out with because we’ve heard this for whose lifetime? Listen, so here’s the legalese of this whole thing. If you’re buying through this period, I am going to be changing how the program is sold pretty soon here. So I will say you’re being grandfathered in to the best deal that’s going to be existence. What it is lifetime access. But what lifetime access means in legalese is I guarantee 12 months access and you’ll have access for as long as the program is sold. Which even people who are in EBL 1.0, which has nothing to do with AI, all that content, they still have access to it because I’m still in business and I’m still selling. But I it’s a minimum guarantee of 12 months because there just has to be parameters legalized.
Monica Froese [00:58:08]:
Anyone who tells you there isn’t is not doing business.
Natalie [00:58:11]:
Well, does EBL include the updates as the bots are updated?
Monica Froese [00:58:16]:
Yes. Anything that’s in this program as I update it because of your. When you’re buying it? Yes. It doesn’t include. I had to be careful with this and actually this is in my terms of service. I always recommend people read terms of service. It includes updates to the core pillars. So if I in a year from now add on a whole different like workshop to it, that’s not going to be included.
Monica Froese [00:58:41]:
You would get like an you could upgrade into it. What I have to add. Thank you for pointing this out because I like when I figure out things in real time and I’m making a note I will add to the terms of use that updates to the GPTs I’ll specifically call it out are included as the core of the program. Because yes, that will change in the future though. In the future I think I’m going to be and don’t quote me on it, but I think when I’m going with this is it’s going to be you’re going to have to renew every year because it’s a lot of information that has to be updated. So it’s actually a really good pattern. But yes, I will add that to the terms of use.
Natalie [00:59:15]:
And then we have some questions from current EBL students who are wondering like how this works with for them. So the first one is somebody’s founding member of ebl. So OG ebl. Is there a discount specifically for them?
Monica Froese [00:59:31]:
No, this is the lowest we can sell it at. We when we did the opening cohort for it which was like a live experience, it costs more than 497 and we discounted that for EBL 1.0 people. But it’s like really an entirely new program and 487 is really a stellar price. If you are in the EBL AI founders round, you’re going to get the GPTs and the Monica bot added into your account. No extra. Yes. Okay.
Natalie [01:00:00]:
Has somebody already purchased ebl? Do we get the extra bonuses? So I’m not really sure. I’m a little unclear on what they’re asking with that. If they’ve already I guess that they’re asking if they get the new and different bonuses from this round.
Monica Froese [01:00:14]:
We offer different bonus stacks on different webinars. So whatever bonus stack it we can’t. That wouldn’t be scalable for us to always change it up. We do different offers but the core bonuses we’ve kept the same which is The Organic Traffic 101 and the Flash Sale bonus. So that’s been core since we’ve been selling it. But what’s the live bonus changes? Just we can’t really scale to offer every single different live bonus to previous buyers.
Natalie [01:00:39]:
Yeah, exactly. Does EBL include updates as the bots are updating? We already answered that one. Sorry. Somebody said they took the beta of the program but. But they had a family emergency, which.
Monica Froese [01:00:51]:
So if she’s talking about a EBL AI, if you were in like the round that we just did earlier this year, then bots and the Monica bot, when it’s released, will get added. You are grandfathered in to have that added.
Natalie [01:01:02]:
So she was just asking the same question a different way. And then you’ve already answered that. Okay. That is, I believe.
Monica Froese [01:01:09]:
Oh, welcome, Connie. My watch is going off. I. You guys are exciting me. I know.
Natalie [01:01:15]:
We have. Connie.
Monica Froese [01:01:16]:
We have.
Natalie [01:01:16]:
Oh my goodness.
Monica Froese [01:01:17]:
Audrey, I think just came in.
Natalie [01:01:18]:
Allie, Audrey, Connie, Elaine, Aaron.
Monica Froese [01:01:23]:
Oh my gosh.
Natalie [01:01:24]:
There’s.
Monica Froese [01:01:26]:
This is. I have. These GPTs were a labor of love in years and years of my brain spit out in AI format. Like, I worked really hard on them. Yesterday my ex called me about something with my daughter and I was so burned out that I cried. And he’s like, why are you crying? And I’m like, it was just my brain.
Natalie [01:01:48]:
Oh, Connie says all of your courses are great. I know this one will be too.
Monica Froese [01:01:52]:
Aw, thank you. And then.
Natalie [01:01:54]:
Oh, hold on. We have Audrey. I have the 1.0 version, but I can’t wait to use this with AI. Excited to get started again, welcome.
Monica Froese [01:02:03]:
And Simone says. Sorry, missed. When you talked about pricing. It’s yearly or one time. Right now it’s still one time. So it’s a really good deal. I. Because of the fast paced stuff of AI, I’m seriously considering turning it into a yearly renewal.
Monica Froese [01:02:18]:
That’s where I think I’m going with this. But your terms and I’ll. And your terms apply. Like when I update the terms for that, it will give a cutoff. If you bought before this date, you’re grandfathered in. If you bought after this date, you are on a yearly renewal. I don’t really know when that’s going to happen because things change.
Natalie [01:02:33]:
Audrey is asking. Oh, I’m sorry, not Audrey. Kristen is asking, is start your AI engine a part of the EBL program?
Monica Froese [01:02:40]:
Yes. And if you are in, if you are in, start your AI engines, there is a 29 coupon inside of your course hub that you can grab and apply to buy EBL AI. And if for some reason you bought EBL AI already and you didn’t apply your coupon, you can just email us and we’ll make good on it.
Natalie [01:03:03]:
Exactly. Trish is asking, is there any way we can peek at more of the program?
Monica Froese [01:03:12]:
Yeah, you do that. But Kristen, you know what? I will actually show you where the discount is since I’m going to log into my course site anyways because we got a request for it. So I will humor everyone and go in. So I’ll start with courses. I’ll share in a second. Let me just get pulled up when I need to get pulled up. Okay. All right, I’m gonna start here.
Monica Froese [01:03:40]:
Okay. Oh, that’s my notes. You don’t want that. Stop. Share. You want my internal notes, don’t you? Sure you do. Where? Here’s where I want to go. Okay, if you’re in, start here.
Monica Froese [01:03:51]:
AI engine navigate. This is the back end. I’m not going to click on it. The second lesson’s $29 coupon for powered Business Lab. So you’re just going to navigate to start your AI engines courses.monicafrose.com if you cannot find the coupon, email us. Natalie will get it to you. And if you were going to buy live, we’ll still honor the live bonuses. If for some reason can’t find it, you should be able to find it in your course login.
Monica Froese [01:04:13]:
Let me take you behind the scenes. I guess we can start with foundations at scale. I’ll go through this quickly just because this is like the foundations. So it starts off with to the basis, I welcome you to the program. There’s a welcome survey, stuff like that. Bonuses. We offer 20% off to the empowered shop. We give you our recommended tech.
Monica Froese [01:04:36]:
Then we go into defining your goals. So there’s a lot about your program goals. You actually submit your program goals to us and we go through financial goals as well, like the goals you’re trying to reach. And then you submit it and then we go through the framework. So this is the empowered business framework. We go through just like high level, like the hike design, our roadmap for the program. So it really level sets you what you’re getting yourself into before we dive into the real meat of the program. Oh, also, if you don’t know your niche, you work to uncover your genius.
Monica Froese [01:05:06]:
Lots of fun stuff. Okay, so now let’s move into digital products at scale. Digital. Okay. All right, let’s get into this. This is. There’s a welcome. We move into validating your idea.
Monica Froese [01:05:25]:
So there’s the. A whole great workbook included. And then we build your content pillars. We reverse engineer. We worked on your outline. I have a help. I have too many product ideas. It happens to a lot of people after reverse engineering.
Monica Froese [01:05:38]:
So I overcome that objection. We craft your outline of the product. I address what if you already have a digital product because a lot of people want to skip over digital products at scale. And go right to funnels at scale. And we’ve had numerous people over the years that will that go to funnels at scale and then come back to digital products at scale and said, yep, I should have watched the content. First we talk about building a cohesive product ascension ladder and then we move into building the solution. This is training your ChatGPT to understand your digital product, developing the actual content inside of it, creating your opt in, reverse engineering your way to a successful opt in. We have a whole bonus workshop that we did on opt ins that we included in here.
Monica Froese [01:06:18]:
Infusing your expertise and your voice is really important. And then how to also do your order bump. When we move into module three. This is all about the assets you’re going to need to create. So there’s quite a bit of assets you have to create. Your opt in file, your digital product file, your order bump file, your product images and videos, your social media graphics. Oh, hi Ailey. And then we move into just all the assets you need and we talk about different places you can get assets at.
Monica Froese [01:06:46]:
And then using ChatGPT to brainstorm your graphics. Honestly, ChatGPT has gotten really good with graphic design. That’s that Monica Bot was developed by ChatGPT. And then all the templates. Like we said, there are templates galore in here. And then we have a bonus training by Becky beach on Midjourney, which is a image creation app, if that interests you. Module 4 is where Hayley comes in and really takes over because she’s the designer around here. I am not one that makes things look pretty.
Monica Froese [01:07:13]:
So she’s the one that teaches you how to do that. And so she’s teaching you lots of canva tricks. But there’s printable spreadsheets, ebooks, how to do courses. We go down into pretty nitty gritty. Even like how to record different things, great slides, screen recording, tips, how to create fillable PDFs in. Hi, this is Hayley from the Model Brands team. One thing to note, the repurposing module is not live yet. That will be live soon.
Monica Froese [01:07:38]:
It’s not live yet, but when it is live, It’ll be Module 6 of Digital Products at scale. Just so you know, if you’re like, where did that go? It’s coming. And then packaging and pricing. Packaging is really important and it’s really not that hard. But people get really hung up on pricing. So we have a whole lesson on pricing your digital product. And honestly, I could sum it up with get out of your own way. But I digress.
Monica Froese [01:08:00]:
Okay, now let’s move into funnels that scale. All right, this is my brainchild coming at you. We got the welcome, what are we covering? And then we move into the difference between what strategy versus tactics are, understanding the basics of a sales funnel, what types of sales funnels. And then there’s videos on each different type that you’re going to create. The two core ones that I want everyone to create is a double dip and triple dip. And then we move into more basics like the power of your thank you page, enhancing your offer and providing the best customer service. And now we get into creating our actual funnel. And so I go through the different options again for software and this is where I walk through a lot of examples.
Monica Froese [01:08:47]:
We have the anatomy of here’s everything that you need on your page. We walk through why you need things, we give examples of things and then there’s a video that walks you through how to use AI for all of this. So we go through opt ins, we go through your tripwires, we go through the triple dip funnel which is sales page based. Your checkout page. Why I choose thrivecart over sendowl. I get asked that a lot so I did a video on it. Where was I? Yeah. So that’s all module three.
Monica Froese [01:09:14]:
Then we have the money is in the follow up. That’s emails. That’s all the strategicness of behind what you need in your emails. Because the whole point of having a digital product business is to have repeat customers and to nurture your customers into the next thing that you’re going to create. And then module five is my, my, my baby. This is everything you need to know about optimizing your sales funnels. This is where that, that data GPT comes in. I also included an entire Quick Win workshop I did on funnel optimization.
Monica Froese [01:09:45]:
I did this in 2022 before AI existed. And it’s, I kept it in here because honestly like I, I feel like I’m really good at this and I said and you should watch it cause I think it’s very valuable information. So I kept it in here. But this is just like my brain. It walks through different ways to optimize. Let me see where that be making inform. I don’t know is this my optimization? There’s one that walks you through all the different like if this then that kind of scenarios and then how you access your GPTs. Again if you are in EBL AI but prior to today you don’t have access to this jet.
Monica Froese [01:10:22]:
I have to do it manually. I will do it manually. You will get an email from me when it’s ready. But it’s just another lesson here where we have all of the GPTs and exactly how to use them and when to use them because they pick up at certain points, like this one, the empowered product creator, you pick up once you’ve reverse engineered the funnel builder. You pick up when you’re ready to create your copy. And then this, of course, you pick up when you’re ready to analyze your results. So there. It’s a lot.
Monica Froese [01:10:52]:
There’s a lot. Okay, we all good? All right. I’ll get this replay out to you in about an hour. Take a little bit of time to render, and if you have further questions, feel free to email us and I will address them one on one with you. Thank you so much for staying to the end.
